Welcome! The primary purpose of this group is for anyone that’s going on our Spiritual Retreat in Peru in June, that’s looking to get some work outs in and improve their health to help better acclimate to the altitude change. I’m a Florida girl so 8,000 feet is going to be quite the jump for me lol. This is not exclusive to retreat attendees or Chacana members, anyone is free to hop in anytime and work out together. Free to attend! Work outs will be both at the gym and out and other locations such as Wickham Park & the causeways. I have a Crunch Membership and can take one guest with me.
I do have a routine set up that is tailored towards improving core strength, leg strength, stamina, and breathing and lung capacity. You’re more than welcome to follow this routine with me or do your own thing! I have it tailored to my needs, you will need to tweak it accordingly to suit your own fitness levels. I’m not a professional trainer, I want to provide an opportunity for people to work out together 🙂 Come get swole with me

For the first two weeks we will meet up on Tuesdays only to ease into it, starting Feb. 18th. For the following two weeks we will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays. After that we will meet up Sunday-Tuesday for the remaining duration until the last day, Tuesday May 27th. If anything changes I will edit the post and reach out to anyone that RSVP’ed to this event.
