Serpent Roots: A Somatic Activated Healing Class

Join Brittany, an Emotional Wellness Teacher, for Serpent Roots, a Somatic Activated Healing experience where we’ll explore the energy of the South on the medicine wheel and the transformative power of the serpent.

Through intentional movement and ecstatic dance, breathwork and affirmations we’ll connect with the serpent’s essence—fluid, creative, and deeply alive. This is a space to release old stories, shed layers that no longer serve, and reconnect with your most authentic self.

Like the serpent in Hindu traditions, which represents the powerful Kundalini energy at the base of the spine, we’ll activate and awaken that inner spark—tapping into a deeper sense of vitality and purpose.The South teaches us to walk with grace, let go of the past, and step fully into our light. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and reconnected.
