7 hour event | $50 per person | In person event

This workshop will provide a comprehensive exploration of both the inner child and shadow aspects, facilitating a deeper understanding and integration of the self. The combination of inner child healing and shadow work allows participants to address underlying wounds and patterns, leading to greater self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.

Dress attire is comfortable & encouraged to allow a fun expression in your wardrobe as you desire.

This workshop is from 10:30 AM until 5:30 PM with a lunch break and bathroom breaks

Her 20+ year professional journey from School Counselor to Life Coach has been enhanced by her spiritual journey in becoming a full Mesa Carrier (Shamanic Practitioner) and an Ordained Minister. These experiences have deepened her ability to meet people where they are and hold sacred each person’s individual healing.
