Sound has been used for millennia to heal and guide people into different states of being. The instruments used in this sonic immersion have been carefully selected to produce frequencies conducive to relaxation and deep healing on physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual levels.

All-encompassing sound draws awareness into it and allows the dissolution of the busy mind that often keeps us held in a state of tension and dis-ease. Embrace the lunar vibrations, set your intentions, and let the symphony of sounds guide you on an inner journey of self-discovery and transformation.

You will emerge feeling relaxed, renewed and deeply connected to yourself and to the present moment.

What to Bring

Water and journal if needed. Yoga mats and pillows will be provided but please bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfortable cloths.

Cindy Jo is a former attorney turned yoga and meditation teacher of 10 years. As a Mesa Carrier of the Peruvian (Inca) Q’ero shaman lineage , Reiki Master and sound healing and cacao ceremony facilitator, Cindy brings her wealth of experience in energy medicine to all of her offerings. She is a natural clairvoyant and animal communicator and works intimately with both the spiritual and natural worlds to bring deeply personal healing experiences and messages to anyone with the courage and willingness to step into their power.
