Peruvian Shamanism welcomes the integration of multiple spiritual practices and beliefs. During this chanting session, we will practice working with both Buddhist chanting and Peruvian beliefs to open our throat chakra, meditate, and promote mindfulness within ourselves. Collectively, we will learn several short chants and sayings from different belief systems and practice them together during meditation.
This event is ideal for people at any level of meditation experience, from novice to experienced; anyone interested in Buddhist or Peruvian beliefs; those wishing to practice opening the four directions of the Peruvian medicine wheel; and anyone interested in sounding, toning, and opening their throat chakra.
