About The Event

This class invites exploration of the subconscious through inkblot techniques and Surrealist-inspired methods, uncovering hidden emotions, memories, and archetypal symbols. Guided exercises will encourage free expression and self-discovery as participants interpret inkblots and spontaneous marks. By the end of the session, students will have work that helps them shed light on their inner landscapes and personal narratives.

Kristen Smith-Cabrera is a dedicated mother, student, and a Therapeutic Art Facilitator with a passion for holistic wellness and growth. With experience as an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Tarot Reader, and Astrologer, she brings a unique blend of intuition and insight to her work. Currently, She is pursuing studies to become a mental health professional and completing yoga teacher training, blending these practices to support healing and self-discovery for herself and others.
