Join us for this enlightening experience, where we will guide you using the ancient technique of Shamanic Journeying, to shift into trance and communicate with Spirit Guides!

Spirit guides are constantly sending us messages all throughout day to day life, whether we realize it or not. They can help guide us through life’s trials and tribulations. This class can help you gain clarity on who your guides are, how they can help you and how they communicate with you!

This class is for everyone of all skill levels! You do not need experience to partake in this class.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (if you don’t have one we have some at the center), blanket, and anything else that would make you comfortable
• Journal and pen to record your experience (think of questions you may want to ask them)
• Water

Heather Beckett is a full Mesa Carrier Shaman. She studied under medicine woman, Shannon Davis. Heather is the children’s Munay Ki & Mesa teacher at the Chacana center. Her goal is to give kids tools to heal themselves for the future. She is also an intuitive spiritual healer who enjoys healing the hearts of the community by promoting self-healing and self-love.
